RE: Ukiah Police Department Case Number #13-1847 7/18/2013

On 07/18/2013 at about 1137 PM, A Ukiah Police Department Officer conducted a traffic stop on a red 1989 GMC Sierra traveling northbound in the 800 block of S. State St. The Driver,

Jessie Bridges (age 31 of Cottage Grove, Or) was found to be driving on a suspended drivers license and under the influence of a controlled substance. The passenger, Carrie Heth (age 26 also of Cottage Grove, Or) was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Upon further investigation Officers were able to determine that both were staying in a local motel and obtained a search warrant for the motel room in which additional drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, scales, packaging, a Glock .40 cal handgun, and a police baton were seized. Both were later booked into the Mendocino County Jail.

11364.1(a) HS - Possession of drug Paraphernalia

11550(a) HS - Under the influence of a controlled substance

14601.2(a) VC - Driving on a suspended license
