RE: Car Burglaries Ukiah Police Department Case Number #13-0147

On 1/18/2013 at 9:24 PM, the Ukiah Police Department received a call from two women at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 640 S. Orchard Ave; regarding their vehicles being burglarized. Both women had parked their vehicles in the parking lot for a short evening meeting and later found the rear windows to their vehicles smashed in and their purses taken.

On 1/19/2013 at 2:02 AM, about four and half hours later, Ukiah Police located a single car parked in the No Parking Zone at the Anton Stadium parking lot. In the car was Michael Royce Parker, 35 Yrs old of Ukiah. Michael Parker was arrested for a Mendocino County Felony violation of supervisory release warrant. A check of his car revealed property stolen from the car burglaries from Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Additional charges of possession of stolen property were added. Michael was booked into the Mendocino County Jail.
